Various provisions

1. liability

Users move and park in the car park at their own risk, in particular with regard to any damage or theft to their vehicles, their contents or their person within the car park.

Every user is liable for accidents and damage of any kind caused to other car park users, their vehicles and other property as well as to the staff of the car park. Truck Parking Bitburg eGbR and the car park facilities.

The operator guarantees the general surveillance of the car park. Under no circumstances can he be considered the custodian/guardian of a vehicle and its contents. Any accident or damage of any kind must be reported to the Truck Parking Bitburg eGbR and the insurance companies of the user concerned without delay.

6 Who has access to personal data and to whom is it transmitted?

Access to personal data is strictly limited to persons who have been authorised by the Truck Parking Bitburg eGbR including its personnel, service providers or processors, in particular those responsible for managing, maintaining and servicing the systems or the car park in general.
